Vyšetření heteroforie pomocí Maddoxova a polarizačního křížového testu

Abstract

V teoretické části bakalářské práce je popsán prizmatický účinek, jeho možnosti navození u různých typů brýlových čoček a vliv prizmatického účinku na binokulární vidění. Další část je zaměřena na popis binokulárního vidění s důrazem na heteroforii. Testy ke stanovení heteroforie do dálky byly rozděleny do čtyř skupin podle způsobu oddělení zrakového vjemu. V experimentální části je porovnána metoda vyšetření heteroforie pomocí Maddoxova a polarizačního křížového testu. Bylo zjištěno, že mezi naměřenými hodnotami jsou statisticky významné rozdíly mezi oběma porovnávanými metodami. Na základě toho dochází ke změnám binokulárního visu a subjektivního vnímání prizmatické korekce.

In the theoretical part of the thesis a prismatic effect, possibilities of inducing prismatic effects in various types of spectacle lenses and influence of prismatic effect on binocular vision are described. The next section is focused on a description of binocular vision with an emphasis on heterophoria. Tests for the determination of heterophoria are divided into four groups with respect to the principle of the separation of visual perception. The experimental part of the thesis compares Maddox and polarized cross test. It was found that statistically significant differences exist between the measured values using both methods. On the basis of these differences there are found changes in the binocular visual acuity and subjective perception of the prismatic correction.
