Emoční prožívání jedince při dopravní nehodě

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dopravními nehodami, jejich vlivem na psychiku jedince a následnou psychologickou pomocí členům zasahujících jednotek, tj. policistům, záchranářům či hasičům. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována stresu a všem jeho aspektům a psychologické pomoci poskytované v rámci integrovaného záchranného systému. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část definuje základní pojmy, jako je stres, emoce, krize a dále se věnuje emočnímu prožívání jedince při a po dopravní nehodě a metodám vyrovnávání se s negativními pocity. Zároveň obsahuje základní informace o krizové intervenci pro zasažené i zasahující u dopravních nehod. Cílem empirické části je pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku zjistit, jak dopravní nehody působí na psychiku pomáhajících členů integrovaného záchranného systému. Vymezuje předem vytvořené základní otázky týkající se dané problematiky, definuje cíle práce a obsahuje informace o metodice provedeného výzkumu.

The bachelor thesis discusses road accidents and their impact on a person's mental well-being and the subsequent psychological assistance provided to the members of intervention units, in particular to policemen, rescuers or firemen. A special attention is paid to stress and to all its aspects, as well as to the psychological assistance rendered within the Integrated Rescue System. The thesis consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part defines key concepts, such as stress, emotions and crisis, and analyses the emotional experience of an individual during and after a road accident and the methods of coping with negative feelings. It also includes basic information on crisis intervention both for persons involved and for persons intervening during road accidents. The empirical part uses a non-standardized questionnaire to find out how road accidents influence the mental well-being of the assisting members of the Integrated Rescue System. It specifies the pre-formulated basic questions concerning the issues, defines the aims of the thesis and includes information on the methodology of the research performed.
