Hodnocení kvality vody nádrží v povodí Botiče

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá kvalitou vody ve vodních nádržích z biologického i chemického hlediska. Poukazuje na specifika stojatých vod, schopnost samoregulace znečištění a propojení celého ekosystému. Pro praktickou část bylo vybráno pět nádrží v povodí Botiče, na nichž byly odebrány planktonní organismy a vzorky vody pro chemický rozbor v různých ročních obdobích. Vzorky byly vyhodnoceny v rámci jednotlivých nádrží i navzájem mezi sebou. Zjištěné rozdíly byly interpretovány s ohledem na potenciální zdroje znečištění a režim rybářského hospodaření.

This diploma thesis solves the issue of water quality in water reservoirs from the point of view of biology and chemistry. It is concentrated on specifications of stagnant water, ability of self-purification and interconnections of whole ecosystem. In the practical part, there were five reservoirs in the Botič catchment that were chosen for taking the samples. The planktonic organisms and samples of water for chemical analyses were taken in different seasons. The samples were analyzed and compared with samples from the same reservoir and also from the different one. Realized differences were interpreted in consideration of potency source of pollution and of fish management.
