Abstract

Navrhovaný projekt rodinného domu na kraji obce Jevany je určený pro čtyř člennou rodinu. Práce zahrnuje architektonickou studii a vybrané části přibližně na úrovni dokumentace pro povolení stavby. Hlavním přírodním prvkem je zde les a rybník, se kterým autor pracuje v návrhu. Kladl zejména důraz na vznik soukromého průchozího prostoru mezi interiérem a exteriérem, s umožněním přístupu k vodě. Vzniklý prostor má navodit pocit bezpečí a klidu. Autor zohlednil energetickou náročnost budovy. Zvolený typ střechy vychází z okolní zástavby obce Jevany, kdy celá hmota budovy je pozměněna na moderní architektonickou podobu.

The designed project of a family house on the outskirt of Jevany is destined for a four-member family. The thesis includes the architectural study of a selected part approximately at the level of a documentation for a building permit. The main natural element here is the forest and pond, with which the author works in the concept. He puts particular emphasis on the creation of a private transit space between interior and exterior with the access to the water. The created space is supposed to evoke a feeling of security and calm. The author took into account the energy demand of the building. The selected type of roof is based on the surrounding build-up area of the village Jevany, when the whole mass of the building is altered to a modern architectural form.
