Návrh úpravy řízení výrobní linky s ohledem na snížení její spotřeby

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout úpravu řízení výrobní linky tak, aby došlo ke snížení její spotřeby elektrické energie při zachování výrobní kapacity zařízení. Snahou autora je opustit rámec samotné výrobní linky a analyzovat také následné výrobní procesy za touto linkou. Tato širší perspektiva umožní po důkladné analýze nově definovat potřebná data, která budou použita při rozhodování o provozu linky v energeticky šetrnějším režimu. Práce obsahuje návrh nutných úprav z hlediska nového hardwaru tak i návrhy úprav stávajícího softwaru pro umožnění sběru těchto dat. To vše při co možná největším využití stávající výrobní technologie a minimálních investicích na realizaci.

The aim of this thesis is to propose a modification in the control of a production line to reduce its electricity consumption while maintaining the production capacity. This study goes beyond the production line itself and also analyzes the subsequent manufacturing processes in the direction of the material flow. This broader perspective allows, after a thorough analysis, to define the data necessary for deciding on switching among the operational and energy-saving modes of the line. The thesis includes the design of necessary adjustments of the hardware controlling the line and also modifications to the existing software to enable the collecting of these data. All this is achieved with the maximal possible use of existing technology and minimal investment into the implementation of the changes.
