Vyhodnocení záměru rozšíření stavební firmy

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce "Vyhodnocení záměru rozšíření stavební firmy" je zpracování podnikatelského plánu a vyhodnocení záměru na rozšíření reálného podniku o srubové stavby. Tato práce je rozdělena na tři části. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis základních informací a teoretický postup podnikatelského plánu, jeho obsah a strukturu. Další částí je seznámení se společností, její historií a současností. Třetí část obsahuje samotnou tvorbu podnikatelského plánu na rozšíření společnosti o srubové stavby. V práci je vypočítaný odhadový finanční plán (výkaz zisků a ztrát a cash-flow), který se odvíjí z reálného výkazu zisku a ztráty a rozvahy z roku 2014.

The subject of the bachelor´s thesis "Evaluation of a proposal to expand the construction company" is the processing of the business plan and the evaluation plan for the extension of the real business of log construction. This work is devided into three parts. The theoretical part is focused on the theoretical description of the basic information and the theoretical process of the business plan, its content and structure. The other part is introduction to company, its history and the present. The third section contains the actual creation of the business plan for expanding the company´s log building. In the work is calculated estimated financial plan (profit and loss statement and cash-flow), which stemps from a real profit and loss statement and the balance sheet from the year 2014.
