Hodnocení investičního projektu

Abstract

Tématem dipolomové práce je hodnocení reálného investičního projektu výstavby nového studentského bydlení. Cílem práce je vypracování podkladů pro rozhodnutí, zda zamýšlený projekt realizovat. Teoretická část specifikuje základní analýzy podniku a jeho okolí, investice a jejich fáze, parametry vstupující do hodnocení investic a metody jejich hodnocení. Praktická část uvádí společnost IKEA Česká republika s.r.o., obsahuje analýzu jejího okolí a vnitřního potenciálu včetně finanční analýzy. Poté je představen investiční projekt a je provedeno vyhodnocení projektu s využitím metod uvedených v teoretické části. Závěrem je komplexní zhodnocení projektu.

The topic of the thesis is an evalution of a real investment of new studets housing. The aim of the thesis is to provide a materials for a decision whether to implement the intended project. The theoretical part summarises the basic analysis of the company and its environmen, the investments and its phases, the input parameters and methods of their evaluation. The practical part initially presents IKEA Česká republika s.r.o. followed by the analysis of the enviroment of the company and its inner potential including the financial analysis. Subsequently the investment project and its input parameters are introduced and an evaluation of the investment on basis of defined methods is performed. The conclusion summarises a complex evaluation of the project.
