Assessment centrum v praxi

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem assessment centra a jeho použitím v praxi. Práce je dělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. První část se věnuje vymezení metody assessment centra, popisuje její dílčí disciplíny, které se používají a dále výhody nebo nevýhody této metody. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje a zkoumá užití assessment centra jako metody výběru zaměstnanců v dané společnosti. Data byla získána pomocí dotazníků a taktéž informací ze strany oddělení lidských zdrojů. Následně byla data analyzována a závěr práce nabízí možné řešení.

This Bachelor thesis is concerned on the topic of the assessment center and its use in practice. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical one. The first part defines the methods of assessment center, describes its sub-disciplines that are used and the advantage or disadvantage of this method. The practical part of this Bachelor thesis focuses on and explores the use of assessment center as a method of selecting employees in the selected company. Data were obtained through questionnaires and also as the information from the Human resources department. Subsequently, the data were analyzed and the conclusion offers a possible solution.
