Efektivní komunikace v podniku a využití elektronických komunikačních nástrojů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce řeší téma efektivní komunikace v podniku a využívání elektronických komunikačních prostředků. Cílem práce je specifikovat základní pojmy týkající se podnikové komunikace, analyzovat aktuální komunikační systém v konkrétní firmě a navrhnout případná opatření k dosažení větší efektivity. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část charakterizuje jednotlivé formy komunikace a jejich výhody, nevýhody a praktické využití. Praktická část nejprve popisuje společnost a její základní aspekty, dále za pomoci výzkumného šetření v podobě dotazníků a rozhovoru analyzuje zavedený systém komunikace a s ním spojenou spokojenost zaměstnanců. V závěru jsou navržena opatření pro zvýšení efektivity komunikace na pracovišti.

This Bachelor thesis addresses the topic of effective communication in the enterprise and the use of electronic means of communication. The aim is to specify the basic concepts related to corporate communications, to analyze the current communication system in a particular company and suggest possible measures to achieve greater efficiency. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the various forms of communication and their advantages, disadvantages and practical use. The practical part describes the company and its basic aspects and analyzes the established system of communication as well as the associated employee satisfaction with the help of research in the form of questionnaires and interviews. In conclusion, the proposed measures to increase the effectiveness of communication in the workplace are described.
