Vývoj povolování staveb v ČR a porovnání se zahraničím

Abstract

Cílem práce je přehledné a souhrnné shrnutí povolování staveb na území České republiky od roku 2000 po současnost, porovnání povolování staveb v sousedních zemích a jejich hodnocení a doporučení pro úpravy stavebního práva v ČR. Jednotlivé právní úpravy budou uvedeny na příkladech a následně vyhodnoceny. Povolování staveb se stalo složitou administrativní záležitostí. Vzniká tak ucelený přehled vývoje stavebního práva na území České republiky, konfrontace se sousedními státy a vše je obohaceno vlastními postřehy. Práce vznikla především analyzováním dat.

The aim of this Diploma thesis is a clear and comprehensive summary of the state of building permits authorisation in the Czech Republic in the years 2000 to the present, that is, until the end of 2014, a comparison of the situation of building permits authorisations in other neighbouring countries and its assessment and recommendations for adjustment of construction law in the Czech Republic. Individual legal adjustments will be shown on the examples and then evaluated. Receiving of building permits has become a complicated administrative matter. This thesis creates a comprehensive overview of the evolution of construction laws on the territory of the Czech Republic and the confrontation with neighbouring states, All enriched by own insights. The thesis was mainly created by using various data analyzing methods.
