Možnosti využití brownfields na Praze 6

Abstract

Práce se zabývá problematikou brownfields. Obecně definuje pojem brownfield. Popisuje situaci této problematiky ve světě. V České republice se věnuje především příčinám vzniku brownfieldů, jejich dělení, důvodům k jejich regeneraci, způsobům nápravy opuštěných a zdevastovaných lokalit, jejich výhodami a nevýhodami, Národní strategií regenerace brownfieldů apod. Navrhuje metodiku pro postup práce s brownfieldy při zvažování možnosti jejich znovuvyužití. Je probrána situace brownfieldů v Praze, konkrétněji potom v Městské části Prahy 6, kde jsou vymezeny jednotlivé areály brownfieldů a následně v souladu první části navržené metodiky jsou popsány jejich identifikační údaje. Navržená metodika je dále aplikována na modelový příklad areálu Teplárny Veleslavín. Tato část práce obsahuje identifikační údaje, limity využití území, popis stávajícího stavu, možnosti dalšího využití, navrhovaný stav sestávající ze 3 variant a závěrečné zhodnocení, zda je tento chátrající areál možno efektivně revitalizovat.

The main focus of this thesis is brownfields. It defines the term brownfield and describes how this situation is dealt with globally. In Czech Republic it concentrates mostly on the causes of origin of brownfields, their classification, reasons for their revitalization, ways of restoring abandoned and devastated areas, their advantages and disadvantages, The National Brownfield Regeneration Strategy etc. It proposes the methodology for working with brownfields considering the possibilities of their revitalization. The thesis also reviews the situation of brownfields in Prague, especially in Prague 6, where individual brownfields are identified and described in accordance with the first part of suggested methodology. The suggested methodology is then applied to the model example of the Veleslavin heating plant. This part of the thesis contains identification data, limitations of the usability of the area, current state description, possibilities of future use of the area, designed state in three variants, and conclusion whether it is possible to successfully revitalize this area.
