Hodnocení investičního záměru bytového domu

Abstract

V bakalářské práci je vypracována zjednodušená studie proveditelnosti bytového domu. Záměr je posuzován ve dvou variantách. V první variantě je zpracováván záměr prodeje bytů a ve druhé pronájem bytových jednotek. Studie proveditelnosti je obsáhlý dokument, který překračuje rozsahem bakalářskou práci. Vzhledem k této skutečnosti jsou analyzovány jen vybrané okruhy a to analýza trhu, technická specifika, finanční plán, hodnocení efektivnosti a harmonogram.

The thesis elaborates on a simplified study of a feasibility of an apartment building. It evaluates the issue from two perspectives. The first view is aimed at a commercial sale of the apartments, while the latter deals with renting the apartments. A complete feasibility study is an extensive document which exceeds the scope of a single thesis. With respect to this fact, the thesis analyses only selected areas, namely the market analysis, the technical specifics, the financial plan, the efficiency evaluation and the time schedule.
