Analýza trhu se zemním plynem v Evropě a jeho možný vývoj do budoucna

Abstract

Diplomová práce "Analýza trhu se zemním plynem v Evropě a jeho možný vývoj do budoucna" se zabývá současným stavem trhu se zemním plynem a perspektivami jeho vývoje v evropském měřítku. V první části práce je proveden rozbor současného stavu trhu se zemním plynem, včetně popisu jeho vlastností, způsobů těžby a přepravy, výskytu a hlavních producentů a aktuálních změn na trhu se zemním plynem. Dále je také stručně zmíněna jeho role v otázce energetické bezpečnosti. Po provedeném zhodnocení současného trhu se zemním plynem je pozornost věnována analýze konkurenceschopnosti zemního plynu pro výrobu elektřiny a tepla. Významný vliv na konkurenceschopnost má výsledná cena zemního plynu a proto jsou dále specifikovány prvky s největším vlivem v této oblasti a další faktory s významným vlivem na konkurenceschopnost. Pro posouzení ekonomické efektivnosti výroby elektřiny a tepla na bázi zemního plynu jsou nejprve predikovány možné scénáře vývoje trhu se zemním plynem, respektive vývoj faktorů s vlivem na výslednou cenu zemního plynu do budoucna. Na základě vývoje těchto faktorů je dále predikován možný vývoj ceny zemního plynu do roku 2035, který je následně použit do modelu hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti výroby elektřiny a tepla. Samotné ekonomické vyhodnocení je provedeno pro paroplynovou elektrárnu s instalovaným výkonem 400 MWe a pro kogenerační motory dvou instalovaných výkonů. Na závěr je stanoveno doporučení k rozhodnutí o investici a jsou diskutovány podmínky s významným vlivem na ekonomickou efektivnost.

The diploma thesis "Analysis of the natural gas market in Europe and its possible future development" deals with the topic of the current situation on the natural gas market and its development perspectives in the European scope. In the first part a detailed analysis of the current state of the natural gas market is performed, including description of the properties, means of refining and consecutive transport, its appearance and the main producers. Actual changes on the natural gas market in Europe are also mentioned. The role of natural gas from the perspective of energy safety is also mentioned. After the initial evaluation of the present natural gas market the thesis focuses on evaluation of the competitiveness of natural gas for electricity and heat generation. The final price of natural gas is a factor with significant effect on the competitiveness which is why the main factors with influence on price are further determined and predicted to the future. Based on prediction of these factors, the expected price development of natural gas in Europe till 2035 is predicted and these data are used in the consecutive economic evaluation of electricity and heat generation based on natural gas resources. The economic evaluation is performed on a large scale 400 MWe CCGT power plant and two cogeneration motors of different scale. Based on the economic evaluation a final recommendation to the investment decision is given and the factors with a significant influence on the final economic evaluation are being discussed.
