Quark-gluon plasma is a state of hot and dense nuclear matter, which probably existed right after Big Bang and which could be created by colliding heavy nuclei. These collisions are studied in colliders at BNL and at CERN. Quark-gluon plasma can be studied by different ways, one of them is observation of partons, which were passing this matter. These partons can not be observed directly, but after their hadronization into jets, which are collimated showers of hadrons in final state. These hadrons, also with others, sometimes thousands of hadrons, could be traced in detectors. This work describes different ways used to reconstruct jets created in collisions, methods to find and tag jets, which originate from heavy $b$ quark and experimental results from ALICE experiment.
