Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem novostavby administrativní budovy s prodejnou jízdních kol a cyklistického vybavení. Cílem je vytvořit komplexní konstrukční řešení splňující požadavky energeticky pasivního standardu. Důraz je kladen na funkčnost, proveditelnost, kvalitu vnitřního prostředí a minimalizaci tepelných mostů. Práce zahrnuje návrh konstrukčního systému, základní statické posouzení, návrh skladby konstrukcí, koncepci technického zařízení budovy a zpracování vybraných detailů.

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of a new administrative building with a retail space for bicycles and cycling equipment. The aim is to create a comprehensive structural solution that meets the requirements of the passive house standard. Emphasis is placed on functionality, feasibility, indoor environmental quality, and the minimization of thermal bridges. The thesis includes the design of the structural system, basic structural analysis, design of construction assemblies, building services concept, and development of selected construction details.
