Oddělení urgentního příjmu a interny v rámci nového monobloku Fakultní nemocnice Královské Vinohrady

Abstract

Cílem předkládané diplomové práce je návrh oddělení urgentního příjmu a interny v rámci nového monobloku Fakultní nemocnice Královské Vinohrady (FNKV). Návrh vychází z urbanistické studie, která byla zpracována v rámci předdiplomního projektu. Tento předdiplomní projekt se soustředil na modernizaci a revitalizaci celého nemocničního areálu FNKV. Stávající pavilonový systém nemocnice byl v projektu vyhodnocen jako zastaralý a stav většiny budov jako nevyhovující. Z těchto důvodů projekt navrhuje demolici většiny současných budov FNKV a výstavbu zcela nové, moderní nemocnice. Předmětem řešení předkládané diplomové práce je východní část nového nemocničního monobloku, označená jako budova A. Stavba je navržena s deseti nadzemními podlažími a vnitřním železobetonovým skeletem. Diplomová práce zpracovává budovu A, objekt veřejného vybavení, komplexně od konceptu až po detaily interiérového vybavení, se záměrem navrhnout moderní a nadčasový nemocniční objekt využívající současné technologie. Detailně se diplomová práce věnuje pouze těm podlažím budovy A, v nichž se nacházejí řešená oddělení, tj. urgentní příjem a interna.

The aim of the present diploma thesis is the design of the emergency department and internal medicine department within the new monoblock of the University Hospital Královské Vinohrady (UHKV). The design is based on an urban planning study that was conducted as part of a pre-diploma project. The aforementioned project focused on the modernization and revitalization of the entire hospital complex of the UHKV. The project assessed the existing pavilion system of the hospital as outdated and the condition of most buildings as inadequate. Therefore, the project proposed the demolition of the majority of the current buildings of the UHKV and the construction of an entirely new, modern hospital. The focus of the present diploma thesis is the eastern part of the new hospital monoblock, referred to as Building A. The proposed structure consists of ten floors, a reinforced concrete frame, and a reinforced concrete core. The present thesis comprehensively redesigns Building A, a public facility, from the concept and wide situation to the particular details of the interior equipment, with the intention of designing a modern and atemporal hospital building using nowadays technologies. The diploma focuses in detail solitary on the floors of Building A, where the departments in question are located, i.e. emergency and internal medicine departments.
