Návrh spodní stavby polyfunkčního domu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku spodních staveb a následný variantní návrh suterénního podlaží společensko-obchodního domu v Poděbradech. První část práce je věnována historickému vývoji spodních staveb, principu chování betonu při styku s vodou a obecnému popisu navrhované budovy. Druhá část se zaměřuje na variantní návrh spodní stavby, přičemž je popsán vývoj jednotlivých návrhů použití stěnových panelů, počínaje původními variantami, které se ukázaly jako nejméně efektivní, až po závěrečné, smysluplné varianty. Nedílnou součástí práce je výkresová dokumentace a statický výpočet, které jsou samostatnými přílohami.

This bachelors thesis focuses on the issue of basement structures and a subsequent variant design of the basement floor of a mixed-use commercial building in Poděbrady. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the historical development of basement structures, the behavior of concrete in contact with water, and a general description of the proposed building. The second part focuses on the variant design of the basement structure, describing the development of various designs for the use of wall panels, starting with the initial variants that proved to be the least effective, and progressing to the final, meaningful options. An integral part of the thesis is the attached drawing documentation and the static calculation, which are provided as separate appendices.
