Rozvojová plocha pro výstavbu rodinných domů v intravilánu městské části Praha Komořany-Jih.

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je urbanistický návrh souboru rodinných domů na jihu městské čtvrti hlavního města Prahy - Komořan. Řešené území má plochu 3,5 hektaru. Návrh řeší prostorové a funkční uspořádání lokality. Respektuje převažující okolní zástavbu rodinných domů a podporuje významné výhledy z území. Podrobněji řeší technickou infrastrukturu území, návrh veřejných prostranství, konstrukční řešení konkrétního mobiliáře, a také studii vybrané parcely včetně uspořádání dispozice rodinného domu. Návrh obsahuje 45 rodinných domů solitérních, řadových, dvojdomů i trojdomu uváženě rozmístěných v území. Lokalita plní obytnou funkci a zároveň svým uspořádáním a vybavením nahrazuje rekreační funkci, která je výstavbou na jiných místech v území odebrána.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the urban design of a complex of family houses in the south of the urban district of the capital city Prague - Komořany. The territory has an area of 3.5 hectares. The design deals with the spatial and functional arrangement of the site. It respects the dominant surrounding development of family houses and promotes significant views from the area. It addresses in more detail the technical infrastructure of the area, the design of public spaces, the design of specific used street furniture, as well as a study of the selected parcel, including the layout of the house. The design includes 45 family houses - solitary, terraced, semi-detached and triplex - thoughtfully distributed in the territory. The site fulfils a residential function and, at the same time, its layout and facilities replace the recreational function, which is taken away by the development elsewhere in the area.
