Intoxikace syntetickými kanabinoidy u dětí a adolescentů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou intoxikací syntetickými kanabinoidy u dětí a mladistvých do 19 let. V práci je uvedený ucelený přehled o chemickém složení těchto látek, jejich mechanismu účinku na lidský organismus a zdravotních dopadech. Dále je rozebrána právní regulace syntetických kanabinoidů s důrazem na neustále se měnící legislativní rámec, který reaguje na rychlý vývoj nových variant těchto látek. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu kazuistik z Nemocnice České Budějovice, a.s., přičemž hlavním cílem je identifikace nejčastějších příznaků intoxikace, jejího průběhu a možných komplikací. Vyhodnoceny jsou reálné klinické případy, na jejichž základě je provedena syntéza získaných poznatků a posouzeny možnosti optimalizace diagnostických a terapeutických postupů. Další část se věnuje zpracování poskytnutých statistik z Toxikologického informačního střediska. Výsledky práce poukazují na zvyšující se počet intoxikací syntetickými kanabinoidy v dané věkové skupině a variabilitu klinického obrazu. Na základě analýzy kazuistik jsou formulována doporučení pro zdravotnickou péči. Závěry práce přispívají k hlubšímu pochopení dopadů syntetických kanabinoidů na dětskou a adolescentní populaci a poskytují podklady pro případná opatření v oblasti zdravotnické péče. Současně upozorňují na nutnost kontinuálního sledování nových syntetických látek a přizpůsobování zdravotnické praxe aktuálním trendům.

This bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of intoxications caused by synthetic cannabinoids in children and adolescents under the age of 19. The thesis aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the chemical composition of these substances, their mechanism of action on the human body, and their health effects. Furthermore, the legal regulation of synthetic cannabinoids is analysed, emphasising the constantly evolving legislative framework that responds to the rapid development of new variants of these substances. The practical part focuses on analysing case studies from the České Budějovice Hospital, a.s., with the primary objective of identifying the most common symptoms of intoxication, its course, and possible complications. Real clinical cases are evaluated, based on which the acquired findings are synthesised and the possibilities for optimizing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures are assessed. The following part is aimed on the evaluation of statistics supplied by the Toxicological Information Centre. The results of the thesis Indicate an Increasing number of synthetic cannabinoid intoxications in this age group and variability in clinical presentation. Based on the analysis of case reports, recommendations for healthcare are formulated. The conclusions of the thesis contribute to a deeper understanding of the effects of synthetic cannabinoids on the pediatric and adolescent population and provide a basis for potential measures in healthcare. At the same time, they highlight the need for continuous monitoring of new synthetic substances and the adaptation of medical practice to current trends.
