Vliv radonových koupelí na organismus u pacientů s revmatickým onemocněním

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem radonových koupelí na organismus u pacientů s revmatickým onemocněním, konkrétně s revmatoidní artritidou. Práce porovnává vstupní a výstupní komplexní kineziologický rozbor zpracovaný u deseti probandů podstupujících radonovou balneoterapii radonové koupele. V teoretické části je detailně probrána revmatoidní artritida, její etiologie, patogeneze, klinický obraz a terapie, včetně problematiky akutního a chronického stádia revmatického onemocnění. V další pasáži je popsána radonová balneoterapie, bezpečnost radioterapie a účinky radonových koupelí na organismus a jeho možná rizika. V metodické části jsou uvedeny veškeré vyšetřovací postupy a testy aplikované v rámci vstupního a výstupního komplexního kineziologického rozboru. Speciální část obsahuje data naměřená u jednotlivých probandů v rámci vstupního a výstupního vyšetření. Hodnocena je škála bolestivosti, stupeň otoku, kloubní rozsahy pohybu, svalová síla a funkční testování jemné motoriky a úchopů. V kapitole výsledky jsou tato data porovnávána formou tabulek a grafů s následným vyhodnocením. Z výsledků je zřejmý pozitivní vliv radonových koupelí na symptomatiku revmatoidní artritidy. Následující kapitola je zaměřena na srovnávání výsledků praktické části s výsledky zahraničních studií zabývajících se podobným tématem. V závěru práce je ohodnocen efekt radonové balneoterapie.

This bachelor thesis deals with the effect of radon baths on the organism of patients with rheumatic diseases, specifically rheumatoid arthritis. This thesis compares the input and output complex kinesiological analysis of ten probands undergoing radon balneotherapy - radon baths. In the theoretical part, rheumatoid arthritis, its etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture and therapy, including the issues of acute and chronic stages of rheumatic disease, are discussed in detail. The next passage describes radon balneotherapy, the safety of radiotherapy and the effects of radon baths on the organism and its possible risks. In the methodological section, all the examination procedures and tests applied in the initial and output comprehensive kinesiological analysis are presented. The special section contains data measured on individual probands during the initial and final examination. Pain scale, degree of swelling, motion ranges of joints, muscle strength and functional testing of fine motor and grip skills are assessed. In the results chapter, these data are compared in the form of tables and graphs with subsequent evaluation. The results show a positive effect of radon baths on rheumatoid arthritis symptoms. The following chapter focuses on the comparison of the results of the practical part with the results of foreign studies dealing with a similar topic. In the conclusion of the thesis the effect of radon balneotherapy is evaluated.
