Analýza metod vzdělávání členů JSDH v Karlovarském kraji

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zanalyzováním metod vzdělávání členů jednotek sborů dobrovolných hasičů v Karlovarském kraji. Cílem bakalářské práce je ověření metod ve vzdělávání členů jednotek sboru dobrovolných hasičů v Karlovarském kraji. Ověřit jakým způsobem jsou velitelé a členové jednotek vzděláváni, připravováni pro plnění svých povinností a úkolů. Zda jsou ve vzdělávání zohledněny změny v nárocích na hasiče. Jestli jsou k výuce využívány moderní technologie. Teoretická část je zaměřena na současnou legislativu určenou pro jednotky požární ochrany, jaké jsou odbornosti potřebné pro činnosti hasičů. Na způsobu, jakým jsou vzděláváni velitelé jednotek sboru dobrovolných hasičů, kde získávají potřebné koncepty a metodiky důležité pro odbornou přípravu. Kdo všechno se podílí na přípravě členů jednotek. Kdo je za odbornou přípravu zodpovědný. Kdo provádí kontrolu odborné přípravy. V praktické jsou poznatky získané formou dotazníkového šetření adresovaného velitelům jednotek sboru dobrovolných hasičů v KvK aplikované do kvantitativního výzkumu. Ke konfrontaci slouží informace získané ze strukturovaného rozhovoru vedeným s metodikem HZS KvK. Podle kvantitativního průzkumu jsou vyhodnocené informace od velitelů porovnány se strukturovaným rozhovorem. Diskuse je orientována na porovnání získaných informací a identifikování možných nedostatků. Výsledkem práce je zhodnocení aktuálního systému vzdělávání členů jednotek dobrovolných hasičů. Podpořený návrhem na inovaci.

The bachelor's thesis analyzes methods of training volunteer firefighter members in the Carlsbad Region. The bachelor thesis aims to verify the education methods of the members of volunteer firefighters units in the Carlsbad Region. It will ascertain how the commanders and members of the units are educated and prepared for their duties and tasks, whether the training considers the changes in the demands of firefighters, and whether modern technologies are used for training. The theoretical part is focused on the current legislation for fire protection units and the qualifications needed for firefighters' activities. How the commanders of the units of volunteer firefighters are educated is where they acquire the necessary concepts and methodologies important for training. Who participates in training the members of the units? Who is responsible for training? Who carries out training checks? In the practice part, the findings obtained through a questionnaire survey addressed to the commanders of the units of volunteer firefighters in the Carlsbad Region are applied to quantitative research. The information was obtained from a structured interview conducted with the Carlsbad Region Fire and Rescue Service methodologist used for confrontation. According to the quantitative research, the information evaluated by the commanders is compared with the structured interview. The discussion is oriented towards comparing the information obtained and identifying possible gaps. The result of the work is an evaluation of the current training system of members of volunteer firefighting units. Supported by a proposal for innovation.
