Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu elasticity poptávky po plynu a elektřině, s cílem porozumět, jak různé faktory, včetně cenových změn a teplotních výkyvů, ovlivňují spotřebu energie. Pro analýzu byly použity historické cenové a spotřební údaje z energetických burz a záznamy o spotřebě domácností. Data pokrývají období čtyř let a zahrnují informace o cenách, spotřebě a teplotě. K analýze byla využita metoda log-log regresního modelu, který umožňuje interpretaci koeficientů jako elasticity. Pro analýzu poptávky na burze byla použita oblouková elasticita poptávky

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of demand elasticity for gas and electricity, aiming to understand how various factors, including price changes and temperature fluctuations, affect energy consumption. The analysis utilizes historical price and consumption data from energy exchanges and household consumption records. The data cover a period of four years and include information on prices, consumption, and temperature. The log-log regression model method was employed for the analysis, allowing the interpretation of coefficients as elasticities. For the analysis of demand on the exchange, arc elasticity of demand was used
