Analýza a komparace schopností a úkolů lezecké skupiny Hasičského záchranného sboru podniku Jaderné elektrárny Temelín

Abstract

Cílem práce bylo komplexně analyzovat danou problematiku s využitím široké škály odborných zdrojů, jako jsou odborná literatura, elektronické zdroje, legislativní a interní dokumenty, provést komparaci a analýzu nově vznikající lezecké skupiny Hasičského záchranného sboru podniku Jaderné elektrárny Temelín se záchranným družstvem Delta team fyzické ochrany Jaderné elektrárny Temelín pro zajištění správného nastavení a fungování nově vznikající lezecké skupiny. Teoretická část diplomové práce mapuje jadernou energetiku ve světě, ale i vybrané jaderné havárie, které se ve světě staly. Následuje kapitola, která představuje Jadernou elektrárnu Dukovany a blíže poukazuje na Jadernou elektrárnu Temelín, kde se věnuje i principu výroby a stavebním objektům, které jsou potenciálně nebezpečné v problematice práce ve výškách a hloubkách. Po seznámení s elektrárnou je představen Hasičský záchranný sbor podniku Jaderné elektrárny Temelín. V následující části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a seznámení s vybavením používaným při práci ve výškách a nad volnou hloubkou, což je využíváno lezeckými skupinami. Následuje ukázka historie vzniku lezeckých skupin. Předposlední kapitola je zaměřena na záchranné družstvo Delta team fyzické ochrany včetně jeho vybavení pro lezecké činnosti. Dále jsou v práci řádně rozděleny lezecké činnosti a také blíže vysvětlena a rozdělena odborná příprava pro lezecké skupiny. Tato část je zakončena legislativou. Praktická část se zabývá výzkumem, pro který byl vytvořen dotazník pro Hasičský záchranný sbor podniku Jaderné elektrárny Temelín a Delta team Jaderné elektrárny Temelín. Dále byla v této části provedena analýza dokumentů a metod odborné přípravy u Hasičského záchranného sboru kraje, a to pro potřeby správného nastavení a fungování nově vzniklé lezecké skupiny u Hasičského záchranného sboru podniku Jaderné elektrárny Temelín.

The aim of the thesis was to comprehensively analyze the given issue using a wide range of professional sources, such as professional literature, electronic sources, legislative and internal documents, to compare and analyze the newly established climbing group of the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant Fire Rescue Corps with the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant Delta physical protection team to ensure the correct setup and functioning of the newly established climbing group. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the nuclear power industry in the world, as well as selected nuclear accidents that have happened in the world. The following chapter introduces the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant and points out more closely the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant, where it also discusses the principle of production and construction objects that are potentially dangerous in the issue of working at heights and depths. After the introduction of the power plant, the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant's Fire Brigade is introduced. In the following section, the basic concepts and equipment of working at heights and above free depth used by climbing groups are explained. This is followed by a demonstration of the history of the formation of climbing groups. The penultimate chapter focuses on the Delta team physical protection rescue squad including its equipment for climbing activities. Next, the thesis breaks down climbing activities and training for climbing groups. This section is concluded with the legislation. The practical part deals with research for which a questionnaire was created for the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant Fire Rescue Service and the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant Delta Team. Furthermore, in this part the analysis of documents and methodology of professional training at the Fire Rescue Department of the region was carried out for the purpose of proper setting and functioning of the newly established climbing group at the Fire Rescue Department of the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant.
