Porovnání měření individuálních parametrů Viktorinovou metodou, tabletem a centrovací věží

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním centračních parametrů získaných nejprve tradičním ručním měřením, tedy Viktorinovou metodou, dále pak moderními metodami, jako jsou měření pomocí tabletu a centrovací věže. Cílem práce je analyzovat tyto metody měření a porovnat je. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé metody i konkrétní parametry, které jsou měřeními získány. První část stručně popisuje oko a jednotlivé refrakční vady, mezi které patří myopie, hypermetropie a astigmatismus. Na to navazuje popis jednotlivých centračních parametrů jako je PD, výšková centrace, inklinace, wrap a vertex distanc. Další část se zaměřuje na popis a vysvětlení postupů jednotlivých metod. Ke každé metodě jsou zde uvedeny jak její výhody, tak ale i nevýhody, které má konkrétní metoda z hlediska praxe. Dále jsou u každé metody měření popsány jednotlivé přístroje, které jsou potřebné k jejímu provedení. Celá práce přináší ucelený pohled na problematiku měření individuálních parametrů.

This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of centering parameters obtained first by traditional manual measurements, i.e. Victoria's method, and then by modern methods such as tablet and centering tower measurements. The aim of the work is to analyze these measurement methods and compare them. The individual methods are described as well as the specific parameters obtained by the measurements. The first part briefly describes the eye and the different refractive errors which include - myopia, hypermetropia and astigmatism. This is followed by a description of the individual centration parameters such as PD, height centration, inclination, wrap and vertex distance. The next section focuses on describing and explaining the procedures of each method. For each method, the advantages as well as the disadvantages that the particular method has in terms of practice are presented. In addition, for each measurement method, the individual instruments that are needed to perform it are described. The whole thesis provides a comprehensive view of the issue of individual parameter measurement.
