Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat a navrhnout podnikatelský záměr pro využití sklepních prostor v centrech měst k pěstování hub. Práce se zaměřuje na ekonomický, technický a environmentální potenciál tohoto konceptu. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy podnikání a popsána struktura podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část obsahuje konkrétní podnikatelský plán pro založení malého podniku na pěstování hub.

The aim of this thesis is to analyse and propose a business plan for the use of cellar spaces in city centres for mushroom cultivation. The thesis focuses on the economic, technical and environmental potential of this concept. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of the business and describes the structure of the business plan. The practical part contains a concrete business plan for the establishment of a small mushroom growing enterprise.
