Abstrakt

Stavebně technologický projekt - Domov pro seniory, K Šedivce 406, Praha 6 Bakalářská práce se zabývá stavebně technologickým řešením rozšíření domova pro seniory. Cílem této práce byla kontrola předané dokumentace, navržení prostorové, časové a technologické struktury včetně kontrolního a zkušebního plánu, environmentálního plánu a plánu BOZP, řešení zařízení staveniště pro 4 fáze výstavby a návrh dvou technologických předpisů. Seminární část je zaměřena na technologické posouzení návrhu zajištění základů sousedního objektu.

Construction Technology Project – retirment home, K Šedivce 406, Prague 6 This bachelor's thesis addresses the construction technology solution for the expansion of a nursing home. The objectives of this work included the examination of provided documentation, the design of spatial, temporal, and technological structures, along with a control and testing plan, an environmental plan, and a health and safety plan. It also covers the setup of the construction site for 4 phases of construction and the design of two technological regulations. The seminar part is focused on the technological assessment of the foundation reinforcement design of the neighboring building.
