Abstract

Diplomová práce na téma „Inovační centrum v Mladé Boleslavi“ z oboru architektury se zabývá návrhem moderního inovačního centra, které podpoří regionální rozvoj a průmyslové inovace. Práce je rozdělena na architektonickou a technickou část. Architektonická část se zaměřuje na návrh budovy, která bude splňovat vysoké estetické i funkční nároky. V této části je kladen důraz na integraci centra do urbanistické struktury města, udržitelnost, energetickou efektivitu a použití moderních materiálů a technologií. Technická část se věnuje inženýrskému řešení budovy, včetně konstrukčních prvků, energetických systémů a technického zázemí. Součástí technické části je také plánování flexibilních prostorů pro různé typy inovativních aktivit, jako jsou laboratoře, coworkingové prostory, konferenční sály a zázemí pro startupy. Projekt inovačního centra navazuje na přediplomní urbanistický projekt, který řeší širší kontext a plánování této části města. Centrum je primárně určeno pro potřeby společnosti Škoda Auto či pro vývoj letadel s ohledem na přilehlé letiště.

The diploma thesis on the topic „Innovation Center in Mladá Boleslav“ in the field of architecture deals with the design of a modern innovation center that will support regional development and industrial innovation. The work is divided into architectural and technical parts. The architectural part focuses on the design of the building, which will meet high aesthetic and functional demands. This section emphasizes the integration of the center into the urban structure of the city, sustainability, energy efficiency, and the use of modern materials and technologies. The technical part is dedicated to the engineering solution of the building, including structural elements, energy systems, and technical facilities. The technical part also includes the planning of flexible spaces for various types of innovative activities, such as laboratories, coworking spaces, conference halls, and facilities for startups. The innovation center project builds on a pre-diploma urban project that addresses the broader context and planning of this part of the city. The center is primarily intended for the needs of Škoda Auto and for aircraft development considering the adjacent airport.
