Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá energetickou náročností bytového domu, možnostmi zlepšení hospodaření s odpadním teplem a využitím alternativních zdrojů. Práce dále řeší možnosti přípravy teplé vody. V závěru tato práce porovnává ekonomiku těchto variant v kombinaci s různými vývoji cen primárních energonositelů
 
This thesis deals with the energy consumption of a residential building, possibilities for improving waste heat management, and the use of alternative energy sources. Furthermore, the thesis addresses the options for hot water preparation. In conclusion, this thesis compares the economics of these variants in combination with different developments in the prices of primary energy carriers.
