Abstract

Téma bakalářské práce je Teambuilding a jeho vliv na pracovní tým. Práce je zaměřena na analýzu teambuildingového programu organizace XY. Práce zkoumá dynamiku hlavně týmu, ale i pracovních skupin, zdůrazňuje jejich strukturu, role a spolupracovní procesy. Začíná vymezením rozdílu mezi pracovními skupinami a týmy, zdůrazňuje předpoklady pro úspěšnou týmovou práci a význam rolí v týmu. Dále jsou zkoumány důležitost týmové práce a strategie pro zlepšení spolupráce v týmu, včetně aktivit a psychosociálních kotvících prvků, které podporují soudržnost. Je zde objasněn význam týmových aktivit a poskytnut přehled o běžných programech a jejich vlivu na soudržnost týmu. Kromě toho je řešeno hodnocení výkonu týmu pomocí Kirkpatrickova modelu a průběžná hodnocení konkrétních úspěchů týmu. Práce končí případovou studií, která detailně popisuje iniciativy ve výstavbě týmu v rámci vybrané organizace, a vytyčuje cíle výzkumu, metodiku a závěry.
