Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou navržením systému manažerského účetnictví ve vybrané nevýrobní společnosti. V práci je zahrnuté obecné vymezení manažerského účetnictví a popis klíčových prvků manažerského účetnictví, které by mohly být pro danou společnost relevantní. Praktická část je soustředěna na detailní analýzu vybrané společnosti, zkoumání jejího informačního systému a aplikaci manažerských účetních nástrojů v rámci této organizace. Závěr práce obsahuje zhodnocení výsledků práce a doporučení pro management společnosti.

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of designing a management accounting system in a selected non-manufacturing company. The thesis includes a general definition of management accounting and a description of the key elements of management accounting that could be relevant for the company. The practical part focuses on a detailed analysis of the selected company, an examination of its information system and the application of management accounting tools within this organisation. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of the results of the work and recommendations for the management of the company.
