Abstract

Ligands in macromolecular structures are used as tools to decipher the structure:function relationship of the target molecules. They proved to be useful in design of novel inhibitors of glutaminyl cyclases, inhibitors of bovine cationic trypsin, inhibitors of biotechnologic nucleases, and overall understanding of human interferon γ receptor 2.
