Technické a kvalitativní požadavky na návrh a provedení hydroizolací střech

Abstract

V diplomové práci jsou popsány zásady navrhování a provádění povlakových hydroizolací plochých střech z asfaltových pásů. Zásady jsou popsány na základě požadavků ČSN a technických podkladů výrobců. Práce obsahuje posouzení správnosti návrhu konkrétní skladby hydroizolačního souvrství na konkrétní střeše bytového domu v Praze. Praktickou část práce jsem věnoval impedanční defektoskopii, nedestruktivní metodě, zabývající se vyhledáváním mechanických defektů ve vrstvě hydroizolace a detekcí zvýšené míry vlhkosti pod vrstvou hydroizolace.

The thesis describes the principles of designing and implementing waterproofing covers of flat roofs made of asphalt strips. The priciples are described on the basis of the requierements of the norms ČSN and the technical bases of the manufacrurers. The work includes an assessment of the correctness of the design of the specific composition of the waterproofing layer on a specific roof of an apartment building in Prague. I devoted the practical part of the work to impedance defectoscopy, a non-destructive method dealing with the search for mechanical defects in the waterproofing layer and the detection of an increased level of moisture under the waterproofing layer.
