Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vnitřního prostředí a vzduchotechniky bytových domů s garážemi. V práci jsou formou studie shrnuty hygienické požadavky na vnitřní prostředí bytů a dále jsou zde uvedeny požadavky na větrání bytů a garáží. Na základě poznatků nabitých ve studii je vypracován model bytového domu v programu CONTAM, díky kterému je provedena analýza z hlediska koncentrace oxidu uhličitého a vlhkosti v bytových jednotkách, a oxidu uhelnatého v garážích. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, zda navržené množství větracího vzduchu dle norem zajistí požadovanou kvalitu vnitřního prostředí a dále vypracování projektu vzduchotechniky pro vydání stavebního povolení.

This diploma thesis deals with the matter of the indoor environment and air conditioning of residential buildings with garages. The study summarizes hygiene requirements for the indoor environment of apartments and outlines ventilation requirements for both apartments and garages. Based on the knowledge gathered in the study, a model of a residential building is created using the CONTAM program. This model facilitates an analysis of carbon dioxide and humidity concentrations within the residential units, and the concentration of carbon monoxide in the garages. The purpose of this thesis is to assess whether the proposed ventilation air volume, according to standards, would ensure the requiring indoor environment quality. Additionally, the thesis includes the air conditioning project for the issuance of a building permit.
