Energetická situace v rámci ČR a vliv efektivního navrhování staveb

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje analýze energetické situace v ČR s důrazem na stavebnictví, na jejímž základě jsou poté popsány možnosti úspor a zefektivnění celého procesu navrhování a provozování budov. První část práce je věnována otázkám ohledně energetiky České republiky, pojednává o jejích plánech, koncepcích a cílech, ať už na úrovni jednotlivých obcí nebo celého státu. V této práci je dále rozebrána energetická a s tím spojená politická situace v rámci Evropské unie a ve světě. V druhé části této diplomové práce je pozornost zaměřena na možné přístupy stavebnictví na stavební objekty ve fázi projektu, kdy se toho (jak je obecně známo) dá nejvíce ovlivnit. Práce se zaměřuje na možnosti materiálových, dispozičních a provozních úprav spojených s potenciální úsporou energie společně se zaměřením na efektivitu prováděných stavebních prací a na ekonomickou racionalitu vybraných řešení.

This diploma thesis is devoted to the analysis of the energy situation not only in the construction industry. On the basis of this, the possibilities of savings and the efficiency of the entire process of designing and operating buildings are then described. The first part of the work is devoted to questions regarding the Czech Republic's energy industry, it discusses its plans, ambitions and goals, whether at the level of individual municipalities or the entire state. In this work, the energy and related political situation within the European Union and in the world is further discussed. From the second half of the diploma thesis, attention is focused on the construction object in the project phase, when "it" (as it is generally known) can be influenced the most. The work focuses on the possibilities of material, layout and operational modifications associated with potential energy savings, together with a focus on the efficiency of the construction work performed and the economic rationality of the selected solutions.
