Tématem této diplomové práce je design planetárního hnětače těsta o objemu 20 l, který nachází uplatnění v pekárnách, cukrárnách a jiných menších provozovnách. Hlavním cílem je návrh přístroje, který bere ohled na ergonomii uživatele, bezpečnost a snadnou obsluhu i údržbu. The topic of this master thesis is the design of a planetary mixer with a volume of 20 l, which is used in bakeries, confectioneries and other smaller establishments. The main objecti-ve is to design an apparatus that takes into account user ergonomics, safety and ease of operation and maintenance.
