Abstract

Práce se zabývá zkoumáním alternativních možností překládky ve společnosti Alza.cz a.s. V práci je popsán současný stav překládky v Alze a jeho možné alternativní varianty. Autor v práci provádí ekonomickou analýzu pro současný stav i alternativní varianty a na základě výsledků této ekonomické analýzy i se zohledněním ostatních faktorů rozhoduje o výhodnosti jednotlivých řešení a doporučuje, jakou z analyzovaných variant vybrat, a popisuje, jaké náležitosti je nutné provést pro úspěšnou implementaci řešení.

The thesis deals with the investigation of alternative options in distribution between the warehouses in the company Alza.cz a.s. The thesis describes the current state of distribution between the warehouses in Alza and other possible alternative options. The author performs an economic analysis for the current state and alternative options. Based on the results of the economic analysis and other factors, the author decides on the advantageousness of each solution and recommends which option to choose and what details are necessary for the successful implementation of the solution.
