Analýza kritérií výběru soukromé bezpečnostní služby v ČR

Abstract

V diplomové práci jsem se věnoval problematice soukromých bezpečnostních služeb a výběru vhodných kritérií pro rozhodovací proces při výběru soukromých bezpečnostních agentur. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřil na popis soukromých bezpečnostních služeb, jejich účel a cíle a na vymezení základních pojmů týkajících se této problematiky. Dále jsem popsal historii vzniku těchto služeb od pravěku do současnosti, členění soukromých bezpečnostních činností a nejznámější české asociace. V poslední řadě jsem se věnoval právnímu ukotvení a návrhu na nový zákon o soukromých bezpečnostních službách. V praktické části diplomové práce jsem na základě získaných informací vyjmenoval kritéria pro výběr soukromých bezpečnostních agentur, a ty jsem následně pomocí SWOT analýzy zanalyzoval a vyhodnotil. Dále jsem zpracoval rozhovor s klientem využívajícím těchto služeb a porovnal výsledky s analýzou. V závěru práce je uveden návrh na nejvhodnější kritérium pro výběr soukromých bezpečnostních agentur. Cílem práce je popis soukromých bezpečnostních služeb a návrh kritérií vhodných pro jejich výběr.

In my thesis, I focused on the issue of private security services and the selection of suitable criteria for the decision-making process in choosing private security agencies. In the theoretical part, I focused on describing private security services, their purpose and goals, and defining basic terms related to this issue. I also described the history of the emergence of these services from prehistory to the present, the division of private security activities, and the most well-known Czech associations. Finally, I addressed the legal framework and proposed a new law on private security services. In the practical part of the thesis, based on the information gathered, I listed criteria for selecting private security agencies and subsequently analyzed and evaluated them using SWOT analysis. I also conducted an interview with a client using these services and compared the results with the analysis. In the conclusion of the thesis, I propose the most suitable criterion for selecting private security agencies. The aim of the thesis is to describe private security services and propose suitable criteria for their selection.
