Srovnání přístupů k fyzické terapii pacientů s ischemickou chorobou dolních končetin

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním nákladové efektivity různých forem pohybové terapie při léčbě ischemické choroby dolních končetin. Prevalence kardiovaskulárních chorob je vysoká. Ischemická choroba dolních končetin ovlivňuje délku i kvalitu života, a kromě omezení rizikových faktorů onemocnění, je pro pacienty zásadní právě pohybová terapie. Přehled současného stavu práce popisuje možnosti léčby pomocí pohybové terapie a hodnocení nákladové efektivity na základě provedené literární rešerše. Hlavním cílem práce je porovnání a zhodnocení nákladovosti a nákladové efektivity jednotlivých cvičebních strategií. K dosažení stanoveného cíle práce je využita technika modelování pomocí diskrétních simulací v programovacím jazyku R. Pro analýzu nákladové efektivity je zvolena analýza nákladů a užitku. Závěr práce uzavírá diskuse, ve které jsou získané výsledky srovnávány s výsledky dalších publikací.

The diploma thesis deals with comparison of cost-effectiveness of different forms of exercise therapy in ischemic lower limb disease treatment. Prevalence of cardiovascular diseases is high. Ischemic lower limb disease affects the length and quality of life. Besides limiting the risk factors of the disease, exercise therapy is essential for patients. An overview of the current state of the work describes the possibilities of treatment using exercise therapy and an evaluation of cost-effectiveness based on the conducted literature search. The aim of the thesis is to compare and evaluate costs and effectiveness of individual exercise strategies. The discrete simulation modeling techniques in the R programming language are used to fulfill the aim of the thesis. Cost-utility analysis is chosen for the cost-effectiveness analysis. The conclusion of the thesis is closed by discussion in which the obtained results are compared with the results of other publications.
