Připravenost poskytovatele zdravotnické záchranné služby na mimořádné události

Abstract

Obsah diplomové práce je problematika zaměřená na připravenost poskytovatele zdravotnické záchranné služby na mimořádné události. Téma v dnešní době stále aktuálnější. Teoretická část, která je zaměřená na integrovaný záchranný systém, mimořádné události a jejich základní členění až po samotný postup práce zdravotnické záchranné služby při událostech s hromadným postižením osob. Na teoretickou část navazuje část výzkumná. Výzkum je vytvořený na základě anonymního dotazníkového šetření zaměstnanců daných organizací. Zjišťována byla znalost užití daných technických prostředků, včetně prostředků osobní ochrany a četnost účasti na cvičeních. Na závěr je praktická část doplněna o řízené rozhovory. Cílem praktické části bylo porovnat připravenost na mimořádné události dvou organizací a ověřit tak znalosti respondentů, ohledně možnosti využití technických prvků.

The content of the thesis is an issue focused on the preparedness of the emergency medical service provider for emergencies. The topic is becoming increasingly relevant these days. The theoretical part, which is focused on the integrated rescue system, extraordinary events and their basic breakdown, up to the very procedure of the work of the medical rescue service in events with mass disability of persons. The theoretical part is followed by the research part. The research is created on the basis of an anonymous questionnaire survey of the employees of the given organizations. Knowledge of the use of the given technical means, including means of personal protection, and the frequency of participation in the exercises were ascertained. At the end, the practical part is supplemented with guided interviews. The aim of the practical part was to compare the emergency preparedness of two organizations and thus verify the respondents' knowledge regarding the possibility of using technical elements.
