V poslední kapitole Výsledky je zhodnoceno porovnání vstupních vyšetření obou skupin, porovnání výsledků vstupního a výstupního vyšetření u pracující skupiny a zhodnocení úspěchu navržené terapie. This bachelor thesis focuses on the influence of compensatory exercises on the prevention of knee injuries in volleyball. The aim of the thesis was to investigate whether insufficient stability and inability to center in the knee and ankle joint, hypermobility, postural deficit, muscle imbalances between knee flexors and extensors, or inadequate foot support and insufficient mobility have an impact on the occurrence of knee injuries or pain in volleyball players. Additionally, the goal was to use a created rehabilitation plan to address these deficits and imbalances, and to prevent injuries or other knee-related problems. In the chapter Overview of Current State, the anatomy of the lower limb, biomechanics of the knee joint in volleyball, and stability of the knee joint are described. The most common knee injuries and possibilities for injury prevention are also discussed. The Methodology section contains a description of the diagnostic and therapeutic methods used in the Special section. The special section includes initial examinations of subjects from both groups, based on which both groups were compared, as well as the final examination of subjects with knee problems. Furthermore, rehabilitation plans and the course of rehabilitation for individual subjects from the working group are described. In the final chapter Results are evaluated the comparison of initial examinations of both groups, comparison of results from initial and follow-up examinations of the working group, and evaluation of the success of the proposed therapy.
