Možnosti fyzioterapie u onkologických pacientů při probíhající chemoterapii a radioterapii

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je demonstrace možností rehabilitace u onkologického pacienta s diagnostikovaným leiomyosarkomem prostaty s přihlédnutím k okolnostem chirurgického zákroku k exenteraci pánve, vývodu kolostomie a ureteroileostomie. V přehledu současného stavu je popsána současná situace v oblasti moderních možností léčby onkologických onemocnění a jejich specifika pro fyzioterapii. Dále je obsažen stručný anatomický popis postižené oblasti. Metodika se zabývá popisem terapeutických a vyšetřovacích postupů, použitých při práci s pacientem. Speciální část je zpracována formou kazuistiky. Uvedeny jsou informace o pacientovi ze vstupního kineziologického rozboru a následně i záznamy ze všech proběhlých terapií. V kapitole výsledků práce jsou vstupní hodnoty porovnány s hodnotami výstupními a je shrnut efekt terapie jako celku. Diskuze rozebírá aktuální problémy spojené s odvětvím onkologie a rolí fyzioterapie v rámci oboru. Výsledky práce ukazují že fyzioterapie u této diagnózy má své místo v léčebném procesu a došlo díky ní ke zlepšení kondice pacienta.

Purpose of the thesis is aimed to demonstrate possibilities of physiotherapy in an oncological patient with prostate leiomyosarcoma diagnosis, with regards to chirurgic intervention of pelvic exenteration with addition of colostomy and uretheroileostomy. Theoretical part of thesis consists of description of current situation in modern oncology intervention methods, with their individual specifics for physiotherapy. Anatomical description of affected area is also included. Chapter Methods is aimed to mention all therapeutic and diagnostic intervention used in therapy with patient later. Special chapter is composed as case study. Personal information and other data from initial examination are mentioned. This part also includes records from each individual therapies. Results of this case study are summarised in result chapter and then compared with initial data. Discussion presents current topics surrounding oncology as standalone medical branch and specific role of physiotherapy in recovery process is discussed. Results of this thesis show, that physiotherapy plays significant role in complex treatment, showing positive results on patients condition.
