Fyzioterapie po plastice LCA u sportovců

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá fyzioterapií po plastice LCA u sportovců. Práce obsahuje tři části – teoretická, metodologická a speciální část. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie, kineziologie a biomechanika kolenního kloubu. Dále je zde popsán přední zkřížený vaz, možnosti poranění a možnosti léčby. V metodologické části jsou popsány dvě skupiny probandů a pracoviště, ve kterém probíhala vyšetření. Dále obsahuje charakteristiku vyšetřovacích postupů a použitých testů ve speciální části bakalářské práce. Speciální část bakalářské práce obsahuje vstupní vyšetření všech probandů, kteří byli rozděleni do skupiny A, a do skupiny B, podle toho, jestli se jednalo o výkonnostního nebo rekreačního sportovce. Dále v této části je kapitola výsledky, kde jsou uvedeny hodnoty vstupního a výstupního vyšetření. Jsou zobrazeny pomocí tabulek. Grafy pak znázorňují porovnání výsledků vstupního a výstupního vyšetření u goniometrie, svalové síly končetiny, a uvádějí výsledky speciálních testů. Kapitola diskuze se zabývá detailnějším popisem výsledků a následným porovnáním výsledků od jiných autorů. Je zde srovnán návrat ke sportu u výkonnostních a rekreačních sportovců. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky a následně vyhodnocení cíle práce.

The bachelor thesis deals with physiotherapy after LCA surgery in athletes. The thesis contains three parts - theoretical, methodological and special part. The theoretical part describes the anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of the knee joint. Furthermore, the anterior cruciate ligament, injury possibilities and treatment options are described. The methodological part describes the two groups of probands and the department in which the examination took place. Furthermore, it contains the characteristics of the examination procedures and the tests used in the special section of the bachelor thesis. The special part of the bachelor thesis contains the initial examination of all probands, who were divided into group A and group B, depending on whether they were performance or recreational athletes. Further in this section is the results section where the values of the entrance and exit examination are given. They are displayed using tables. The graphs then show the comparison of the results of the initial and final examinations for goniometry, muscle strength of the limb and give the results of the special tests. The discussion chapter deals with a more detailed description of the results and subsequent comparison of results from other authors. Return to sport in performance and recreational athletes is compared. Finally, the results are summarized followed by an evaluation of the aims of the thesis.
