Tato práce se zabývá difúzním svařováním heterogenních spojů korozivzdorných ocelí a hliníkových slitin. Teoretická část charakterizuje vlastnosti svařovaných materiálů a uvádí základní informace o heterogenních spojích, teorii difúze a technologii difúzního svařování. V experimentální části je popsán návrh a realizace procesu svařování, stejně tak materiálové analýzy a zkoušky, kterým byly podrobeny úspěšně zhotovené difúzní spoje. Výstupem práce je zhodnocení možností a omezení použití difúzního svařování pro heterogenní spoje vybraných druhů korozivzdorných ocelí a hliníkových slitin. The objective of this thesis is to explore the application of diffusion welding in bonding dissimilar materials, with a specific focus on stainless steels and aluminium alloys. The theoretical part involves characterization of welded materials and introduces key notions concerning heterogenous joints, diffusion theory, and diffusion welding methodology. The experimental part encompasses planning and implementation of the welding procedure, accompanied by material tests and microstructure analysis conducted on the successfully formed diffusion welds. The findings of this thesis present an evaluation of the potential and limitations tied to employing diffusion welding to fabricate heterogeneous joints involving selected types of austenitic stainless steels and heat-treatable aluminium alloys.
