Práce přibližuje problematiku auditů agilních projektů jak na úrovni teoretické, tak praktické. Cílem práce je analýza současného stavu kontrol projektů agilních projektů konkrétní firmy a tvorba konceptu nového řešení na základě konkrétních potřeb businessu firmy a jejích zaměstnanců. Vědecko-výzkumné metody využité v práci jsou literární rešerše, deskripce, práce se sekundárními daty, analýza, syntéza a polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Teoretická část definuje oblasti agility, auditu a risk managementu. Praktická část představuje firmu, popisuje současný stav kontrol agilních projektů, analyzuje možnosti k vytvoření nového systému a závěrem navrhuje možný nový systém kontrol projektů. Výstupem práce je úspěšně vytvořený a implementovaný systém nové formy kontrol agilních projektů v konkrétní firmě. Práce přináší užitek především zkoumané firmě, avšak může být inspirací pro ostatní společností, které vytvoření auditu agilních projektů v současné době zvažují. The aim of this thesis is to open the topic of audit of agile projects. The main goal of the thesis is to analyze the current state of agile project audit in specific organization and to then create a new concept of agile project audit based on organization business goals and the needs of their employees. The scientific and research methodologies used in this thesis are literary research, description, interpreting secondary data, analyses, synthesis, and interview. The theoretical part defines the areas of agility, audit, and risk management. The practical part introduces the researched company, describes the current state of audits of agile projects, analyses the options of creating new audit systems and finally proposes a new audit system. The outcome of this thesis is successfully implemented system of new agile projects audit in specific company. This thesis brings value primarily to the researched organization. However, it can pose as an inspiration for other companies who are currently considering the creating of agile project audit.
