Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnou rekonstrukcí natáčivých lopatkových koles sloužících k pohonu lodi. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na historii vývoje lopatkových koles parníků, jejich konstrukci, výhody a základní návrhové postupy. V praktické části je technicky zpracováno zvolené natáčivé lopatkové koleso plavidla, dále je proveden výpočet s dimenzací podstatných konstrukčních uzlů a popis rekonstruovaných součástí kolesa.

This bachelor thesis is centered around potential reconstruction of feathering paddle wheels used for boat propulsion. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused at history of paddle wheels development, their construction, benefits and basic design procedures. In the practical part, a selected type of feathering paddle wheel is technically processed, after that a calculation is made with aim of dimensioning important construction points and then a description of reconstructed parts of the paddle wheel is present.
