Abstract

V rešeršní části se diplomová práce zabývá řízením, členěním a alokací nákladů. Dále práce obsahuje informace kalkulačním systému, kde charakterizuje předběžnou kalkulaci, výslednou kalkulaci a typový kalkulační vzorec. V praktické části nás práce seznámí s technickými a ekonomickými vědomostmi týkající se oboru protetiky, na jejichž základu je vytvořen program v MS Excel. Ten je v praktické části představený ve formě CASE modelu stavby protézy pro reálného pacienta. Následně se práce zabývá analýzou minimálního množství fakturovaných hodin na zajištění stabilního chodu podniku a profitabilitou produktových řad.

In the research part, the master thesis deals with the management, breakdown and allocation of costs. Furthermore, the thesis contains information on the costing system, where it characterizes the preliminary costing, the resulting costing and the type costing formula. In the practical part, the thesis introduces us to the technical and economic knowledge related to the field of prosthetics, on the basis of which a program in MS Excel is developed. This is presented in the practical part in the form of a CASE model of prosthesis construction for a real patient. Subsequently, the thesis deals with the analysis of the minimum amount of billable hours to ensure the stable operation of the business and the profitability of the product lines.
