oceli Eurofer97 odvádět tepelný tok pouze do výše 0,75 MW·m-2, a tedy je
nutné hledat jiné cesty jak odvádět vyšší tepelný tok bez překročení
materiálových limitů. Tato práce se zabývá způsoby možného zvýšení
tepelného toku za stanovených podmínek. Jedná se o zvyšování přestupu tepla
na straně chladiva pomocí promotérů turbulence, geometrickou úpravu první
stěny a snížení teploty tlakové vody na vstupu do chladicího kanálu. Pro studii
tepelné zátěže jednotlivých modifikací první stěny byl využit CFD výpočetní
program ANSYS Fluent. Na základě provedených simulací byly výsledky
zpracovány, analyzovány a vyhodnoceny. Studie ukázala, že maximální využití
všech analyzovaných způsobů řešení umožňuje zvýšit tepelný tok do první
stěny WCLL modulu až na 1,69 MW·m-2, což představuje navýšení o 125 %.
Ani všechny použité návrhy úprav však nejsou dostatečné pro zajištění odvodu
předpokládaného maximálního tepelného toku do první stěny.

One of the candidates for the blanket of fusion power reactors is the water cooled blanket WCLL. The blanket construction material is the reduced
activation ferritic-martensitic steel Eurofer97 and the coolant is pressurized
water under conditions typical for PWRs. The first wall, i.e. the blanket wall
exposed to plasma, is expected to be loaded with the peak heat flux of up to
7 MW·m-2, while the maximum operating temperature of the Eurofer97 steel
must not exceed 550 °C. Previous studies have shown that the basic proposed
planar first wall concept can only dissipate heat flux of up to 0.75 MW·m-2
at the specified temperature limit of Eurofer97 steel. It is therefore necessary
to look for other ways to dissipate higher heat fluxes without exceeding
of predefined material limits. This paper investigates the possibilities
of increasing the heat flux under the specified conditions. These include
increasing the heat transfer on the coolant side by using turbulence promoters,
geometric modification of the first wall and lowering the temperature
of pressurized water at the inlet to the cooling channel. The CFD calculation
program ANSYS Fluent was used to study the heat load of the different
modifications of the first wall. Based on the simulations performed, the results
were processed, analyzed and evaluated. The study showed that the maximized
use of all of the analyzed solutions allows to increase the heat flux to the first
wall of the WCLL module up to 1.69 MW·m-2, which represents an increase
of 125%. However, even all these modifications are not sufficient to ensure
the dissipation of the expected maximum heat flux to the first wall.
