Stavebně technologický projekt Obecní penzion Polešovice

Abstract

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je realizace novostavby Obecního penzionu a společenského sálu v městysu Polešovice s cílem vypracování stavebně technologického projektu. Zadání bakalářské práce obsahuje několik příloh. Nultá příloha bude obsahovat seznámení se s předanou projektovou dokumentací. V příloze číslo jedna proběhne kontrola úplnosti a správnosti předané dokumentace. Druhá příloha se týká zpracování prostorové struktury a vypsání hlavních stavebních činností jednotlivých technologických etap. Přílohy tři a čtyři se týkají technologické a časové struktury. Vypracovány zde budou soupis prací a technologický normál, dále síťový graf a grafy nasazení pracovníků a mechanizace. Návrh zařízení staveniště bude v příloze pět. Výstupem této přílohy bude technická zpráva zařízení staveniště a výkresy pro čtyři etapy výstavby. Poslední příloha, příloha číslo šest, se bude týkat porovnání variant časového plánu v závislosti na klimatických podmínkách.

The topic of my bachelor thesis is the realization of a new building of the Municipal Guesthouse and a social hall in the township Polešovice with the aim of elaborating a building technology project. The assignment of the bachelor thesis contains several annexes. The zero annex will contain the familiarization with the submitted project documentation. Annex one will check the completeness and correctness of the submitted documentation. The second annex concerns the elaboration of the spatial structure and listing of the main construction activities of the individual technological stages. The third and fourth annexes concern the technological and time structure. The work list and the technological standard, as well as a network diagram and diagrams of the deployment of personnel and mechanization will be elaborated here. The design of site facilities will be in Annex Five. The output of this annex will be a site equipment technical report and drawings for the four phases of construction. The last annex, Annex Six, will be a comparison of timetable options depending on climatic conditions.
