Abstract

Předmetem bakalářske práce je návrh rodinného domu na svažitý parcele, která se nachází v Troji v městské části Praha 8. A tedy se objekt nachází v poměrne klidné lokalite. Obsahem bakalářské práce je vypracovat architektonickou studi a vybranou část projektu ve stupni pro stavební povolení. Řešený pozemek se nachází na severozápadním svahu s výhledem na údolíí Prahy. Hlavní myšlenkou projektu bylo harmonické zachovaní výhledů na údolí a do okolí. Zakomponovaní rodinného domu do strmého terénu a spojení interiéru s exteriérem. Dům tak bude nabízet uživatelům příjemné bydlení v jedné z najhezších lokalit Prahy.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is design of a family house. The sloping site is situated in Troja which is a municipal quarter of the Prague 8 district. The facility of the family house is located in relatively quiet location. The content of the bachelor´s thesis is to develop an architectural study and selected part of the project for a family house. The solved land is located in the northeastern slope with a view of the Prague valley. The main idea of the project was harmonic conservation of views of the surroundings. Incorporating the family into steep terrain and conecting interior with the exterior. The house will also offer users comfortable living in one of the most beautiful locations in Prague.
