Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh řešení nedostatku letištního personálu pomocí aplikace moderních technologií. Součástí je popis současného stavu, analýza potřeb a nároků zúčastněných stran a rešerše moderních technologií. Uvedena je ekonomická náročnost pořízení a zhodnocení implementace technologií. Výsledkem práce je zhodnocení výhodnosti moderních technologií a následné doporučení.

The subject of the master thesis is a proposal to solve the shortage of airport staff by applying modern technologies. It includes a description of the current situation, an analysis of the needs and requirements of stakeholders and a research of modern technologies. The economic requirements for the acquisition and evaluation of the implementation of the technologies are presented. As a result of the thesis, an evaluation of the benefits of modern technologies and subsequent recommendations are presented.
